I've always believed in the magic of life. From being a little girl playing with fairies in the garden to now exploring that same sense of wonder through motherhood, curiosity has always been a part of who I am.
Losing my mom at 23 deepened that curiosity, awakening questions about consciousness, our purpose, and what it truly means to be alive. Her passing brought me face-to-face with how fleeting life can be, and awakened a desire to understand what exists beyond the world we can see.
That search took me around the world, studying yoga, meditation, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
What began as a search for answers became something far more profound: a discovery that the ANSWERS TO greatest mysteries of life, live within us.

Over the past 12 years, I've guided hundreds of people through yoga and meditation, built a successful 7-figure business, and learned what it means to create a life guided by both ambition and heart.
Today, I bring together my experience in yoga, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and subconscious transformation to help others move beyond limiting beliefs, reconnect with themselves, and awaken to possibilities they never imagined.
My approach is rooted in a simple belief: transformation isn't about becoming someone new. It's about discovering the extraordinary potential that's been within you all along.
